What data does Observer collect?
Learn what Observer collects to run the app.
Observer collects only what it needs to run your account and meeting history.
This includes:
- Account data, such as email and authentication details
- Subscription data
- Encrypted transcripts, notes, and AI chat so you can view meeting history
Observer does not store raw audio.
Private Vault
Observer requires Private Vault so meeting titles, transcripts, notes, and AI chat are encrypted on your device before they are stored. Details: Private Vault help article and the Security page.
Data is processed using trusted providers listed on the Subprocessors page.
