Your first meeting
Install, start a meeting, get an answer, then end the session.
Do this once before an important call so permissions and audio are already working.
Before
1. Open Observer and sign in.
2. On Mac, confirm Microphone and Screen Recording are on. On Windows, confirm Microphone.
3. Optional: open Playbooks, pick a template or write your own, attach a PDF if you have one, and set it active.
During
1. Join the call in Zoom, Meet, Teams, or another supported app.
2. In Observer, click Start meeting. The Meeting Window opens.
3. Press Option + 1 (Alt + 1 on Windows) for Reply, or type a question.
4. Use the session menu to change Playbook, output language, or Undetectable without leaving the call.
After
End the meeting from the Meeting Window. Observer saves notes, the transcript, and your chat. Click a citation in the notes to jump to that line in the transcript.
