Undetectability
Can others see Observer?
Observer never joins the call. With Undetectable on, it stays out of screen shares and recordings.
Observer never appears in the participant list. It runs on your computer, not inside Zoom, Meet, or Teams.
Off by default
With Undetectable off, Observer is a normal window on your screen. If you share that screen, others can see it.
When Undetectable is on
Observer is hidden from screen shares and recordings. You still see it on your screen; the people you share with do not.
On or off
There is no Observer bot tile or name in the call.
Where to turn it on
General settings before a meeting, or the session menu during one. The setting shows Protected when it is on. See Undetectability Mode for details.
